Designing to Support Your Day Life

Think      Feel    Move    Breath      Sleep

Our architectural and interior design are guided by the latest research in neuroarchitecture, spatial perception, and human wellbeing.  Neuroarchitecture combines  neuroscience and architecture to explore how human brain responds to the space.

We focus on five essential human “actions”, how you think, feel, move, breathe, and sleep, to create homes that support mental clarity, emotional balance, physical wellbeing, creativity and everyday comfort.

Each action represents a key dimension of experience, guiding how we design layouts, light, sound, textures, scents, and natural connections.

Focus Creativity and Mental Clarity

Think

The way a home is organised influences how easily the brain understands and navigates space. Clear spatial layouts and intuitive circulation reduce cognitive load and allow the mind to focus. Natural light, colours, biophilic connections, soundscape, and scent like also indoor air quality further shape the environment, supporting concentration, creativity, and mental clarity.

Emotional Wellbeing

Feel

Relax, Be Energetic, Comfortable and Happy

Our emotional state is strongly influenced by the spaces we live in.

Our design reconnects the home with the natural world, creating a calming atmosphere, and restoring the humankind’s innate biological connection with nature.

Carefully chosen colour palettes, balanced lighting, soundscape design, and subtle natural fragrances help create environments that feel peaceful and emotionally uplifting.

Materials and touch matters too.

Textures, from bed linen to the door handle should create a sense of comfort and reassurance.

Finally, spaces become truly meaningful when they reflect the people who live in them. Pieces that are part of our memories are thoughtfully integrated into the design, creating continuity, familiarity, and a strong sense of belonging.

Physical Health & Movement

Move

( yoga, pilates, home workouts )

Homes should support both body and mind.

We design spaces where movement flows naturally, integrating home workout, and mindful activity into daily life.

Thoughtful layouts and clear spatial flow reduce mental effort, making movement and daily routines effortless and calmer.

Activity zones: discreet areas for exercise, stretching,

meditation.
Flexible living: adaptable spaces that shift between activity

and rest.
Transformative furniture: multifunctional pieces that store

tools for exercises

Breathe

A healthy indoor environment is essential for wellbeing.

By controlling air quality, temperature, and humidity, we design homes that boost energy, and help you sleep and breathe better.

Fresh air and ventilation: natural airflow combined with intelligent air-quality systems keeps the indoor environment clean and energizing.

Thermal comfort: smart insulation and intelligent humidity control systems maintain a stable and comfortable indoor climate.

Healthy materials: non-toxic, natural materials keep air clean, supporting clarity of mind, energy, and overall vitality

Rest and Daily Energy

Sleep

Quality sleep is essential for wellbeing. Brick & Moss designs homes that support sleep cycles by regulating circadian rhythms  through lighting and carefully crafted soundscapes.

Lighting: Natural and artificial light is carefully balanced to support daily biological rhythms, supporting your sleep cycle.

Soundscapes: Reduce disruptive noise, introduce natural sounds at the right moments, and use silence to allow rest and reflection.

How we work with sound: We study how you experience each space, then shape acoustics through building design or dynamic soundscapes that adapt throughout the day
